I also ordered thru Boomtown.. I recieved my key from mail, but thats months ago. I would suggest you contact their support, since they can be very slow. When did you preorder?
Another thing you can do is candle your order, and buy the game on NCsoft. that should make it work instantly.

It is here that you made the mistake then. The preorder at Boomtown.net only grants you, when we reach the full release on the 25th of September, they ship you the physical game by PostDanmark mail as one of the first people.
If you wanted to play RIGHT NOW, then you should have bought the game from the NCsoft online shop instead, like I have done and most of the players in this legion has.
NCsoft Online Shop: Full release CD key will be given at once.
Boomtown Online Shop: You will have to wait untill you get the full release CD key by mail to your adress :/

You bought the game around the same time as I then.. I recieved a mail within a week or so. You should seriously call BT and hit them in the face thru the phoneline!

Haai Gozuu, have you tried yet to login on the game server??????
Also try to login to your NCsoft master account, click on the AION logo in the right side of the screen. If everything is correct and the key that you have allready recieved, works...
Then status should be: I AM READY!

They also had CD keys for the Beta period only, but that doesnt seem to be the one that you have got, because the betas are over, and the headstart has begun. NCsoft wouldnt have made the mistake telling people in their account status that they are ready to play if they had a beta only key entered.
So download the client, update it and try to create a char, and login to Perento and i think it will work....
and then you will be smiling again
